If only you could get a hatch... My Z is so useful because of the hatch, an option would be good. I could see a bunch of people going for it instead of the BRZ etc if they were Mazda/Miata people.

Yeah, they made a hatch in Asia, so why not make a useful hatch. Every person I've talked to about it said it would make it more appealing to them. I personally hate convertibles, if I got a Miata it would have a hardtop added or the hatch kit they make.
